Question: How do I pay for services at ElderHealth adult day health centers?

Answer: Skilled nursing, rehabilitative therapies, meals and activity programs — these and much more are included in the daily rate. Adult day health rates are about 1/3 of the daily rate charged by the typical skilled nursing facility, and funding sources include Medicaid (CNP, MPC and COPES), Respite Program, Veterans Administration, sliding scale, private insurance, and private pay. Our Intake Coordinator will work to help remove financial barriers to attending ElderHealth.
