ElderFriends is committed to relieving isolation and loneliness among isolated older adults. Sponsored by ElderHealth Northwest, ElderFriends is a non-profit, volunteer-based program that provides companionship, outreach, and advocacy to isolated older adults in the Greater Seattle Area. The goal of ElderFriends is to help older adults remain independent and avoid life in isolation or in nursing homes.
